Currently building Insight — a multi-tenant analytics platform for engineering organizations that ingests data across the enterprise stack (dev tools, AI tooling, sales/CRM, collaboration, HR) and surfaces adoption, usage, cost, and productivity metrics per team and person. Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) with unified schemas across heterogeneous sources, tenant-aware on the foundation level, scorecards and configurable dashboards on top. Earlier portfolio included Research (VS Code-based computational platform with Kubernetes hosting), Model Engine (corporate AI layer), and University Chatbots. Internal AI Advocate, training product managers on AI agent development.

Technical PM for DataLens — Yandex Cloud's open-source BI platform with deep ClickHouse integration, public API, and embedded dashboards. Scaled to 20,000+ users in the largest deployment. Drove the open-source release and on-prem distribution; shaped product API surface for external integrators; partnered with engineering on data modeling, query optimization, and tenant isolation.

Led the courier platform: roadmap, automated assignment system with algorithmic routing, 10-person cross-functional team. Spent 7 days working as a courier on the platform to capture ground-truth on driver workflow, app friction, and dispatch edge cases. Built analytics infrastructure for data-driven operational decisions.
